TOOTH TYPES ON BI-METAL BANDSAW BLADE

STANDARD TOOTH (ST)

Designed for flexibility and reliability, the standard tooth with 0°or positive rake angle, creatures a variety of specialized tooth profiles, offering optimized sawing solutions for different common and medium machinability materials.

DUAL BACK-ANGLE TOOTH( DBT)

Two different angle design on the back of each tooth, the range of angle difference can be 7-12 degree, it brings the blade enough strength at bottom while also sharp cutting ability, so that remain good blade life.

The DUAL BACK-ANGLE TOOTH design is also good for sticky material and easy to remove chips.

Built for strength and reliability the RBT utilized a durable reinforce back tooth design that delivers outstanding structural strength and superior resistance to high pressure and impact forces during bundle cutting.

This robust tooth geometry performs exceptionally well in bundled cutting applications involving pipes, profiles, and other complex workpieces, making it ideal for steel structure manufacturing and building components products.

ROUND BACK TOOTH(RBT)

ST.jpgRBT.jpg

Features:

Through an advantage tooth hardening process, the blade achieves higher tooth hardness and enhanced wear resistance, making it well-suited for general-purpose as well as more demanding cutting conditions.

Features:

Consisting of two clearance angles. Good finish and less noise, high wear resistance.

Features:

With two clearance angles, ultimate all-around back flank of the tooth tips, wider gullets, and larger chip space.

Excellent durability in extreme working condition.

High resistance t pressure and impact

Superior performance on complex and bundled materials

Enhanced structural stability of the tooth section.

HOOK TOOTH (HT)

The HOOK TOOTH has positive front angle with larger chip space, this design brings easy-enter during cutting process, achieve better efficiency and good finish.

It will remain very good blade life when its’ feeding rate and speed at better condition.

ANTI-BREAKING TOOTH (AT)

Engineered for challenging cutting conditions, the anti-breaking tooth utilizes an advanced tooth geometry that effectively protects against tooth damage caused by excessive feed during the cutting process.

This design is especially ideal for hollow material such as pipes and profiles where the cross-section changed frequently. this tooth form significantly reduce vibration, balance cutting forces, and improve the structural stability of the tooth section.

Features:

Wide gullet design, highly spring-back body and tooth rigidly, good chip removal capacity.

Features:

Superior vibration resistance and anti-pull tooth capability.

Excellent blade service life

Excellent adaptability for cutting pipes and profiles

Efficient performance on both common and difficult-to-cut materials, including stainless and high-alloy steels.

TOOTH SET ON BI-METAL BANDSAW BLADE

STANDARD SET (SD)

All-purpose set for cutting thicknesses of more than 5 mm with steels, castings and hard non-ferrous metals.

Constant tooth pitch: set sequence is left/ right/straight.

Variable tooth pitch: one tooth in each toothing interval is unset, the remaining teeth in the interval are recurrently set left/right or in the reverse order.

GROUP SET (GS)

For band saw blades in the tooth pitch range of 4-18 tpi, improved surface quality is ob- tained using the group set.

We recommend wavy set for material dimen- sions of up to 5 mm, like sheets, thin-walled tubes and profiles.

WAVY SET (WS)

SD.jpgWS.jpg

The free-cutting action of the band saw blade is achieved by means of the tooth set, where the teeth protrude alternately left and right beyond the blade body.

ORIONCUT PVD COATED BLADES

To push the boundaries of cutting performance and blade longevity, ORIONCUT bandsaw blades are now available with state-of-the-a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coatings.

This advanced coating technology deposits an extremely hard and durable wear resistant layer directly onto the tooth edge. By dramatically reducing friction and greatly improving heat resistance, ORIONCUT PVD coated blades achieve superior pe ormance, pa icularly when machining demanding and di cult materials.

Advanced surface technology for higher cutting performance.
