ORIONCUT FLEX is a reliable carbon steel bandsaw blade engineered for light-duty cutting operations and everyday workshop use. The flexible blade body ensures smooth and stable performance on small bandsaw machines and in manual cutting environments.

Providing an excellent cost-performance ratio, ORIONCUT FLEX is the ideal economical choice for cutting standard materials where ultra-high speed or extreme durability is not required.

All-purpose set for cutting thicknesses of more than 5 mm with steels, castings and hard non-ferrous metals.

Constant tooth pitch: set sequence is left/ right/straight.

Variable tooth pitch: one tooth in each toothing interval is unset, the remaining teeth in the interval are recurrently set left/right or in the reverse order.

For band saw blades in the tooth pitch range of 4-18 tpi, improved surface quality is ob- tained using the group set.

We recommend wavy set for material dimen- sions of up to 5 mm, like sheets, thin-walled tubes and profiles.
